Shipping Information
All products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Products normally ship within three business days from the date the order is placed. To ensure delivery, you must provide a complete street address. We can currently only ship to locations within the U.S. Most orders will arrive within 2 to 3 business days from the date of shipping.

Colors and Patterns May Vary
Due to the handmade nature of our products, the colors and patterns you see in the store samples may vary from the actual products you receive. We will attempt to provide you with a product that matches the sample photo as closely as possible in color and design, but exact replicas are not always possible. Your product will be crafted individually with care, and we will make every effort to accommodate your color and pattern preferences.
Return Policy
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, Love My Paper is unable accept returns or offer refunds except for items arriving in damaged condition (see “Returning a Damaged Item” below). However, we want you to be extremely satisfied will all of your purchases, so please contact us at customerservice@lovemypaper.com if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, and we will gladly discuss the matter and come to a mutually agreeable solution.
Returning a Damaged Item
If an item arrives in damaged condition, we will happily replace it. Please repackage it, enclose the packing slip, insure the package, and send it back to us. Email customerservice@lovemypaper.com for return shipping address prior to returning item. We will ship a new item at our expense within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned damaged item.
